Friday Evening: 6 - 10 pm​

• The weekend will begin with an inspiring evening designed to spark connection and creativity. After light refreshments and a warm welcome, we will create a collaborative group art piece.

• Then, we’ll gather around the firepit for "The Spark of Hope," an intimate storytelling session in which shared experiences and heartfelt narratives will ignite inspiration and build community.

• We’ll close the evening with a reflective activity, giving everyone a chance to settle into the weekend and leave inspired and renewed.

Saturday: Full-Day Workshop

Morning Session: 

• We will unlock the healing power of play by using techniques that help build trust and nurture emotional growth. Through hands-on activities, we’ll explore how nonverbal expression can deepen therapeutic connections and empower meaningful client transformation. 

 

Lunch Break: Food will be provided

 

Afternoon Session: 

• We will blend mindfulness with creative expression to enhance self-awareness and relaxation. This will be followed by a guided visualisation exercise designed to inspire imagination and reflection, ideal for integrating into therapeutic work or personal growth.

Dinner: We will book a restaurant nearby for an optional group meal (this is not part of the course cost).

Sunday Morning: 9am - 12.30pm​

• Join us for a morning of connection and creativity as we explore the grounding power of nature in therapy.

• Through hands-on outdoor practices, we'll engage in Nature-Based Therapeutic Activities that promote mindfulness, emotional balance, and growth.

• The session will culminate in a meaningful Ending Ritual to reflect on insights gained and set intentions for future growth. Together, we'll deepen our connection to ourselves, our work, and the natural world, discovering ways to help clients reduce stress and enhance their connection with nature.
