Introducing Sand Work

In this workshop, you'll gain an overview of the development and use of sand as a therapeutic intervention. Sandplay is a powerful way to access the unconscious mind and can facilitate healing and personal growth. This workshop is an excellent way to learn more about Sandplay and how it can be used in your own practice. Sandplay is a form of therapy that uses sand and miniature figures to help people explore their inner thoughts and feelings. It is a non-verbal communication that can be used with people of all ages, from young children to adults. This workshop will give you an overview of sand work and how it can be used to promote healing and personal growth. Moira will demonstrate how sand work can facilitate a dialogue between the conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche. Appropriate for counsellors working with any age.
